Cancellation

Here, we are inform you that cancellation request should be make at least 48 hrs. prior to the booking date/time. To be eligible for a cancellation, your tickets must be unused. The cancellation penalties may vary if the cancellation is not done as per the guidelines.

 

Refunds

Once we received your cancellation/refund request, we will send you an email to notify you about your cancellation/refund request. We will also notify you for the approval or rejection of your request.

Your refund will be processed after your approval is received, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 15 days.

 

Late or missing refunds

Yet you haven’t received a refund, we request to you please check your bank account again, and then contact to your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
